Kakadu National Park is an enormous, biodiverse nature reserve in Australia’s Northern Territory. Litchfield National Park, covering approximately 1500 km², is near the township of Batchelor, 100 km south-west of Darwin, in the Northern Territory of Australia. Each year the park attracts over 260,000 visitors. It's home to several stunning waterfalls that cascade into crystal clear pools, iconic magnetic termite mounds and clusters of weathered sandstone pillars. Litchfield National Park is an ancient landscape shaped by water. Aboriginal people have lived throughout the area for thousands of years.
Previously known as Katherine Gorge National Park, its northern edge borders Kakadu National Park. The central attraction is the deep gorge carved through ancient sandstone by the Katherine River; in fact there are thirteen separate gorges with rapids and waterfalls along the river, which rises in Kakadu.
South Molle Island, part of the Whitsunday Islands, is a resort island in the Whitsunday section of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park in Australia. The hilly island has numerous bays and inlets accessible by 16 km of walking and cycling tracks, with most protected in the Molle Islands National Park
K'gari, also known as Fraser Island, is a World Heritage-listed island along the south-eastern coast in the Wide Bay–Burnett region, Queensland, Australia. The island is approximately 250 km north of the state capital, Brisbane, and is within the Fraser Coast Region local government area.
