As the name suggests, Alfajiri Cliff Villa is perched on a cliff edge overlooking the Indian Ocean with superb views. It has direct access to Diani Beach which is patrolled by an armed guard. Owner, Fabrizio welcomes you and is on hand every day to assist in arranging activities and planning every delicious meal. Cocktails were divine as were the fine wines. The team includes a chef, butler, waiter and private masseuses for daily massages in the garden pergoda – all of whom were exceptional. Daily flights into Diani ensures the perfect finale to a wonderful holiday in Kenya.

🙁 Beach right outside villa is rocky so you need to walk for a swim.
The stunning white sandy beach was incredibly quiet and we almost had the entire place to ourselves for long walks.
Although you could very easily spend all your time relaxing by the pool and taking in those stunning views, we opted for some adventure.
We thoroughly enjoyed two scuba dives with the professionally run Diani Marine Dive Centre. VERY successful dives with so much of the amazing smaller sea life to observe in very comfortable temperatures with good Viz: we spotted octopus, green turtles, several moray eels including giant moray eel, ribbon eel (!), school of kingfish (!), scorpion fish (!), lion fish, rock lobsters, electric ray (!), sea snake (!), squid, stunning nudibranch (!), mantis shrimps (!), x5 leaf scorpion fish (!) and the absolute highlight and a lifer for us: Freckled Angler Fish!!! Just AMAZING!!!
On another day we opted to do the Dolphin Jet Ski Safari with Jet Ski Kenya – SUCH fun and the dolphins loved swimming at pace in our wake and around us – very special.
