Barbados

The land of the flying fish and sandy white beaches and the home of rum. A Bajan holiday involves rum cocktails, relaxation, leisure and snorkelling with turtles. Barbados is the birthplace of Rihanna. Chattels are small moveable wooden houses which are closely tied to the island's heritage. In olden days when these houses were purchased they could be moved from one property to another hence they were constructed on blocks which made them easier to move. Turkey: Side

Side is a resort town on Turkey’s southern Mediterranean coast. An ancient port city, it's known for long beaches and Greco-Roman ruins. In the center are the remains of the 2nd-century Antique Theater, which seated up to 15,000. The white marble columns of the Hellenistic Temple of Athena stand near the harbor. Other sites are sprinkled throughout, with finds housed at the Side Museum, a restored Roman bath complex.

Australia: Heron Island (2011)

Heron Island is a coral cay located near the Tropic of Capricorn in the southern Great Barrier Reef, 80 kilometres north-east of Gladstone, Queensland, Australia, and 460 km north-north-west of the state capital Brisbane. Green and loggerhead turtles have chosen Heron as their nesting place from February to March, when female turtles can be seen laying their eggs whilst hatchlings continue to emerge from their nests. From June to July migrating humpback whales can be spotted from the beach, and the dense pisonia forests are home to thousands of curious noddy terns.
